Data Aggregator

The GEMs Data Aggregator (DA) is a contracted party responsible for the hosting and maintenance of the GEMs Webtool. On the input side, this platform is used for the end-to-end data submission process, validation and quality assurance of data and the hosting of the aggregated database in a secure and anonymized manner. On the output side, the GEMs Webtool allows member institutions to query GEMs statistics, use an AI-assistant to generate insights, explanations and statistical displays, and is a central engine that facilitates the publication, marketing and dissemination of the GEMs statistics to the public.

In 2025, the GEMs Consortium appointed Galytix (GX), a U.K.-based specialised AI firm for financial institutions, in collaboration with PwC Luxembourg, as the new DA. The Consortium tasked the DA with delivering a next-generation Webtool powered by a trained AI Agent to modernize GEMs data collection and management, scale the platform’s functionality, and provide aggregated insights into GEMs credit risk statistics.

The new GEMs Webtool went live in 2026 and integrates GX’s CreditX platform to generate trustworthy and actionable intelligence in-line with GEMs’ data, risk, legal and compliance standards. It also safeguards confidentiality and compliance with applicable data protection requirements.
